The booking is non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled from our side, only then the booking fees/deposits will be refunded.

Welcome! I am excited to have you participate in our photography workshop. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, I have outlined the following liability terms that apply to all attendees. By attending my workshop, you agree to abide by these terms:
1. Assumption of Risk: Participating in a photography workshop involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, potential accidents, and unpredictable environmental conditions. By attending our workshop, you acknowledge and assume these risks voluntarily.
2. Conduct and Responsibility: As a participant, you are expected to conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner throughout the workshop. You must follow the instructions provided by Surbhi Jain’s staff and adhere to any safety guidelines or protocols. Failure to do so may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
3. Loss or Damage: Surbhi Jain will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property occurring during the workshop. This includes but is not limited to cameras, lenses, equipment, clothing, or any other personal items. Participants are advised to secure their belongings at all times and take appropriate measures to protect their property.
4. Photographs and Intellectual Property: Surbhi Jain reserves the right to capture and use photographs or videos during the workshop that may include workshop participants. By attending the workshop, you grant Surbhi Jain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials for marketing or promotional purposes, without any obligation to compensate the participant.
5. Force Majeure: Surbhi Jain shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions or cancellations.
